We are looking for two new colleagues to our Nordic Regulatory Team with location either in Herlev (Denmark) or Vantaa (Finland).
We are reorganising our Nordic Regulatory Team in Paranova and need two additional Regulatory Affairs Coordinators/Specialists with the right mindset and skills to take on new challenges in a change-oriented company where quality and collaboration is a must.
You will be part of the regulatory team and get 19 highly professional colleagues (5 in Finland, 3 in Sweden and 11 in Denmark). The vacancies are located either in Finland or Denmark. Together with your colleagues you will be responsible for expanding and maintaining our portfolio of parallel imported medicines for the Finnish, Swedish and Danish market and also ensuring that we are compliant in terms of regulations.
Depending on the tasks you will have close collaboration across borders and with our QA, Graphics and Commercial departments.
Applying for marketing authorisations for our parallel imported medicines.
Maintenance of products in our current portfolio.
Case handling and correspondance with EMA and national authorities.
Drafting and proofreading of packing material.
Drafting packing instructions.
Updating, drafting and maintaining quality procedures and instructions.
You have a degree within pharmacy (e.g. pharmaconomist, pharmacist, pharmacy technician) or the like with at least 1-2 years of relevant experience.
You thrive at administrative tasks and have flair for IT.
You are able to see the big picture and are not afraid of making decisions.
You are able to work in a high speed environment with many ongoing tasks.
Your way of working is systematic and structured.
Quality and paying attention to details are part of your DNA.
As a person you are outgoing, open minded and honest.
You have fluent oral and written skills in Swedish and English.
